Custom / Bespoke and Personalised Items
All sublimated or part sublimated items are made individually on a per-order basis for each customer and are therefore bespoke items.
Custom-made, bespoke or personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can either exchange the product, or refund the total amount of the transaction following return and inspection of the faulty item. No items will be exchanged or refunded until the faulty item has been received, inspected and agreed to be faulty.
Any refunds made will be via the same method used for purchase.
A purchase of the incorrect size of an item does not qualify for a refund. As bespoke, custom or personalised items are made for each customer, these cannot be exchanged for a different size, as these items are manufactured on a per-customer basis.
You have 28 days from receiving your order to communicate to us that there is a fault with your item.
